Returns and Exchanges

Only full-price items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns for a full refund must take place within 14 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Sale items*
- Gift cards
- Consumables
- Health and personal care items

We require a receipt or proof of purchase in store. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping

To return a product purchased online, please contact the studio at steelhousecycle@gmail.com submit a return request. If your return request meets the return requirements, your return request will be approved, and an email containing a prepaid return label will be included. Please package and mail your product as you received it using the attached return label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
